1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, you should not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Upnith is a personal development and motivation application focused on helping users build

positive habits, stay productive, and improve themselves.

The App may include:

● Motivational content

● Affirmations

● Habit tracking tools

● Reminder notifications

● Progress and level systems

● Optional premium subscription features

Upnith is not a medical or healthcare application.

The content provided is for informational and motivational purposes only and does not

replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

3. User Accounts

Access to certain features may require login via Google authentication.

You are responsible for:

● Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

● Ensuring your account information is accurate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse or violation of

these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App require a paid subscription.

● Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

● Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account

settings.

● Prices are displayed before purchase.

All billing, cancellation, and refund processes are handled according to the policies of the

respective app store.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

● Use the App for unlawful purposes

● Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation

● Reverse engineer or copy the App

● Infringe on intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, designs, and software within the App are owned by Upnith.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for

personal purposes only.

7. Availability

We aim to provide continuous access to the App.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Upnith shall not be liable for indirect,

incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
